Incite – Web-based Project Management System

The contractor Blue Water Joint Venture was required to provide a web-based Project Information Management System to control all key project documents and communications between all the parties involved in the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the Sydney Desalination Plant.

Ingenova’s role in the team was to design the document management processes and implement these processes, roles, responsibilities and work flows in InCITE, the product being provided by the contractor.
