Transport for NSW – Sydney Harbour Public Ferry Wharf Upgrade Program
- Managed the design and delivery of 24 wharf upgrades around Sydney Harbour for TfNSW

- Steered projects through the INSW Gateway process and met all TfNSW Governance requirements

Commonwealth Bank – Public Cloud Program
- Managed the design and delivery of CBA apps in the Public Cloud (Azure and Amazon)
- An initiative to deliver the power and agility of cloud computing to CBA IT in a controlled and safe environment
- Key challenges included establishing trust in the cloud platforms with CBA IT Security and demonstrating to APRA that the necessary controls were in place and effective

Queensland Rail – Organisational Change – new Train Crew Rostering System
- Implemented new rostering system for drivers and guards in Queensland Rail using software called HASTUS from Giro, Canada

- Delivered the “as-is” process documents and facilitated workshops to obtain approval of “to-be” processes from the train crews and from management
- Identified the impacts on staff and developed the change management plan for Queensland Rail to minimise disruptions during changeover.
Sydney Trains – Power Supply Upgrade Program – Project Controls

TfNSW – Electronic Ticketing System – Field Trials
- Conducted Field Trials of the Opal solution (technology with processes and people) before the project moved on to full deployment
- Developed and implemented the scenarios and test scripts to test all aspects of the Opal system and to provide assurance to management that the solution works as required
- Developed numerous tools and databases to identify unexpected patterns of data in the travel data being generated during the trials
- Successfully proved that the Opal system charges correctly for journeys and can deal with all the unexpected and unusual scenarios that can occur with public use of the Opal Cards.
TfNSW – Procurement Management
